About Your Topical Magnesium
Crafted with magnesium from the Dead Sea, our product helps to support over 600 essential daily body functions, including anxiety relief, gut health, hormone regulation, insomnia, digestion, inflammation, muscle repair and recovery, joint support, and overall daily wellness.
How to use Your New Magnesium Spray
Shake Well & Apply to the bottoms of feet, underarms & stomach. Can also be applied to arms, legs & lower back. Use up to 2x daily.

Our Magnesium Spray is HIGHLY concentrated. Itching & tingling is not uncommon due to the high salinity of our spray. (see our pinned video on TT for more information on this ).
Here are a few things to help :)

* Add more DISTILLED water
* Apply lotion, aloe, or a carrier oil to your skin first. This will also help with dry skin
* Start with areas where skin is less sensitive like arms & stomach
* Start with 1 or 2 sprays and work your way up to multiple sprays.
* DO NOT apply to freshly shaved skin! It will burn.​
If you have a preexisting condition always consult your physician before using any new supplements or products

Can be used up to 3x daily but we recommend 2x daily. 5 sprays = aprox 95mg elemental magnesium.
